it wasn't initially intended but in order for me to switch the lighting schedule to work with mine I had to give Petunia a 24 hour dark period before starting the 12/12 cycle, didn't seem to mind it. I think it's starting to sprout genitals? idunno but it looks pretty today :)

Petunia is finally showing sex :)

phew.. was starting to wonder, she started forming bulges at a couple lower nodes was hoping they weren't balls lmao I should take pictures of the bulges, it's quite odd. At least she has hairs, now the worst is over time to watch her flower :blsmoke:

well time to celebrate bongsmilie

I cropped the original high res pic I took with my camera (canon powershot A520 7.1MP) instead of resizing like I have been

hey man the grow looks great, and the pictures look REALLY great.... if growing weed doesn't work out for you, you should go into photography, haha.

did you top your plant or do any pruning along the way? i only ask because i hear that it is highly recommended and it looks like you have a lot of empty space in the middle of your plant (i.e. it looks nice and neat, without a million tiny shoots going everywhere).

thanks! I've actually taken photography classes I like it :)
I haven't done any pruning or anything other than some supercropping, friend of mine wants me to bend it over or something I kinda like how it grows naturally I probably will have to though she is over a foot tall
I think she looks kinda lanky compared to other plants I've seen on here, I was actually expecting it to be a boy at one point.

you'll have to explain topping

what nutrients are you giving it? if the bottom leaves are yellowing and falling off its using up its stores of nitrogen to promote new growth its always best to keep them on veg nutes for the first two weeks of flower. looking very good will be interesting to see how it turns out

I'd just been using the generic plant food but since I just repotted and the soil comes with fertilizer in it I haven't done anything.

also, figured out why my attachments weren't working, pics were probably too big.. damn my camera's resolution! these are resized by photobucket :)

last pic in the last post shows you where gimp leaf is at now (if you look back I posted a cellcam pic of said gimpy leaf almost a week after I started flowering, so this shows how much she has grown since then)
