Ph lockout magnesium

Silica is necessarily alkaline. At neutral pH it turns into a bottle-shaped brick.
what exactly is the ingredient formulae in this product? Im working under the opinion plants can use Si(OH)4 or H4SiO4, which is slightly acid, as a substitute cellwallmaterial - and use it if available - but that is available in many forms like compost teas, different stone meals and also as salt ie. mineralic sand etc but I suspect their not gonna tske up much from sand....

I would say something like K2H2SiO4.

In neutral or slightly acidic media this turns into amorphous H4SiO4. This is soluble up until it turns into SIO2.

people be jacking my thread. Naaaaaaa naaaaa naaaajust messin.
Been a few days and a move or two.

plants mag problem in my opinionhas progressed slowly.
Watered this morning run off sample
I’m 5.9 ——-> 6.8 80 ppm ——-> 1450ppm .5 conversion
None of that 1450 is me but the soil charge.
This strain has been very sensitive.

THIS is when flushing is actually indicated. My Happy Frog grow accumulated salts and my runoff was like 1700. No wonder I was getting lockout. A few volumes of water through the medium took the runoff below 400 ppm. Plants were happier.

I’ve been beating my head against the wall trying to figure out why I’m having mag and slight ca deficiency all through out veg.
i found out today that my coast of Maine soil is more alkaline than I’d like I put water in at 6.3 it came out 7.3 so I’m deffinately thinking this is a contributing factor to my mag deficiency and probably cal as well.
“Living soil don’t have to worry about ph”
Someone make me feel better that’s cool but I know living soil or not from my own hands on research your ph range is a bit broader with living soil but not by that much

what are some good ways to bring the soil ph down to the sweetzone 6.3-6.6?
I have already assumed I will be dropping mywater ph.

Ya I’m not running any additional fertilizer though. Far as I understand there’s no salt that could have accumulated.
new dirt 1400 isn’t strange to see from my experience.
I’ve seen roots organic come out fresh over 2000 ppms and can grow smaller clones no worries.
Why idk

That’s what I’ve done in the past with success but this coast of Maine bullshit is way alkaline.

here’s a slurrytest for everyone who was giving me small like hard time about how run off isn’t accurate.
water 6.4 for slurry test
2 parts water part soil
6.7 is fresh bag of roots organic. ( what I’ve used a lot in the last for great crops with no ph swings or issues)
The 7.3 is coast of Maine growers mix.

my micro herd is immense so this is a great example IMO how you have to be somewhat in range even with living organically.
This is if my lockout assumption is correct

thissoil mix is heavy as well I meant to add perlite butlack of time for the better of me this soil stand alone does not drain well

Im having similar issues with the coast of maine running my pH at 6.2 and it coming out at 7.4. I've added a little recharge and fish shit but that's about it. I can not figure out why my soil is so alkaline
