Thank you for your adult approach to a conversation. You are correct I personally have never had issues with my tap but it does vary place to place. Mine airs out a day or a few also oxygenate with a pump sometimes. But the water in my area is pretty good. But touche.
How do my water results look?

It does have some chlorine in it. These are the water results. I usually let it sit out for a day or two before watering if I don’t forget lol
Nice! You came prepared.

Nothing seems too amiss. The multiple sources of chlorine and sodium content are questionable.
Multiple sources means different kinds for chlorine sources. If it is fact Chloramine, it will NOT evaporate.

Unfortunately, municipal water uses Chloramine because it is cheap and doesn't cause a green cloud of death like gaseous chlorine does if there is a leak.

Noob? Lol I’m gonna bounce back and show you how these critical jacks come out! #Flexing
Hahaha your my boy blue! That's all you can do man. At 1 point every single person on here had a whole list of shit they had to workout to find the method that works for them. Once they find it they stick with it. But acting like god almighty and cocky isnt the route I ever choose to go. Keep them ladies going and I hope you have a happy harvest !

Kids these days sure like to hide behind a monitor and talk all their shit. Everyone is so much cooler online. I've had plenty of success doing what I do. Your "way" isnt the only. Go get laid kid it might help ya out a bit. Not gonna continue to go back and forth while you hide behind a monitor. Good luck pal
LOL
So people who disagree with you are "kids" who need to get laid?

All of my children are grown and I graduated from college 3 years before you were born.

Noob.

It feels like you are projecting. How long has it been since YOU got laid...?

Psychological projection
Psychological projection is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against their own unpleasant impulses by denying their existence while attributing them to others. For example, a person who is habitually rude may constantly accuse other people of being rude. It can take the form of blame shifting.

People that act like children and cannot enter a conversation and speak like an adult without getting cocky and throwing "noob" around. That's what I call a child. Calls it how I sees it. Go troll elsewhere. But I guess we need to bow to the God Of Ganja eh?

Chlorine will evaporate, if it is Chloramine (super bleach) you need to filter it or add a of bit vite c to neutralize (Aloe juice.)

Also floride, sulfates from water softeners, hard water calcium, sulphur and magnesium can mess you up too. Especially running indoor soilless medium with chemical nutrient.

Not talking shit, just trying to open your eyes to municipal water. Its nasty. I have used three RO filters this year for 5 plants.
Always prepared! Should I switch to distilled or keep using tap?

Only looks like half the water repkrt, cant see calcium magnesium and others as well as total ppm, could be me but cant tell much from this which aoart from a touch of sodium seems fine.

So now I don't "speak like an adult" because I called you out on your bullshit?

You are an immature little pud and I pity anyone who takes your advice.

Noob.

Will do boss! What’s better tap or distilled water? Or should I buy a filter?
Only time I ever use distilled is in my humidifiers tap leaves a white stain on my tent walls or it has before. Personally I never water with distilled in soil. But some of these guys commenting can weigh in on that also on their thoughts. My tap is pretty good in oklahoma so that's what I stick with.

I think your wrong on the ph and few things but quite a few here prefee to argue rather that explain.

I dont ph because my soil has the potential to buffer, understanding a buffer will see you ignoring tap waters ph since it is such a weak buffer.

You can see tap waters buffer just drop the ph and whatch it rise, mainly thats carbonate, ro water will fluctuate a lot more as it has but the weakest of buffers.

Tap waters carbonate buffer is used up as it reaches its ionization point at ph 4.1 and after that it will no longer rise and ph drops sharply as an acid buffer arises.

So complex i just add ferts and tap water and leave the soil to do all the ph and stuff, microbes love that crap.

Chlorine or the more modern chloramide is ultra safe for weed in all tap water, no need to remove or worry, when it hits unsafe limits for plants you will know about it cause your mouth and gut flora will probably die, it will also do a damn good job of killing mold and bacteria round the house and bathroom. Totally ignore chlorine in first world countries.

Hope that helps :-)

Good stuff! So you just mix nutes and tap without checking ph at all? Because I use the ph up and down to regulate it to 6.2-6.5

Learn to do it without ph and you shall reap more in the long term.

This industry is flushed with additives calmag benies ph etc etc, since when did one bottle of ferts and a bag of soil stop working.

My ferts has cal and mag in, most do i just wouldnt add more. Good water is better than adjusting bad :-)
