^nope, pinesol is definitely not what we are referring to.
I have heard it was a BC strain and it very well could be. In the late 70's-late 80's it would flood pretty much the entire country at Christmas time (from end of November to first of February) then it would disappear. Light green, pretty red hairs, with nothing but a Christmas tree smell. Not sort of like a Christmas tree, or reminds you of a Christmas tree, absolutely 100% douglas fir pine.
I would be willing to say it isn't any better than anything we grow now. At the time it stuck out head and shoulders better than everything except for the true (actually smelling like a dead skunk) skunk. The buzzes were different. Skunk was the typical skunk buzz and Christmas Tree was a very very trippy strain. It was like turning the sharpness up to 100 on your HDTV.
