I'm not familiar with either of the lights you mention but based on the price, I can tell you without reservation that you're not getting anything close to those wattages. Knockoff light mfrs list the maximum wattage ratings for their chips, not the actual wattage they are getting from the power supply. If you're getting 150W from that your probably lucky.
At 51 days, you plants are light deprived and will stay that way unless you get a decent light source. At this stage of lighting technology there's no reason buy a "blurple" LED fixture when there are so many affordable, full spectrum options available.
It's a common mistake for new growers, and it's understandable not wanting to spend a lot while you learn the basics. But if you're going to get anything useful out of that plant and any that follow it, you need to get a decent light.
Since lighting is directly related to the size of the grow area, I can't offer any suggestions, but if you want to tell us the dimensions of your tent I'm sure you'll end up with some viable options.
