Possibly locked out from the high PH swings, and from not having a big enough res to keep the solution stabilized. Could be your nutes themselves too, especially if they aren't hydro specific nutes that help to buffer the solution..

My only advice was that stated average lights on Temps were too low for the type of light the OP is growing under, which, as you stated, is correct.
