A substance which is completely illegal in the state it was discovered in would have been held and you would have gotten nothing more then a letter telling you that your package was held due to contraband. (didn't know about the letter did ya...lmao)

  • US postal service send you a letter explaining where your lost package is.. The FEDS not the seed company send out the letter..
    The letter that I received years ago, from an order that I placed with BC buds, was sent from the Department of homeland security. You ask more questions than the cops! lol. Now what does "the letter" have to do with any of this? Do I need a lawyer to talk to you? You owe me a few joints for your bullshit. Dickhead​

Incoming packages coming from overseas for your area are sorted at the Chicago main and then to Oshkosh or Green Bay sorting facility in WI. The Oshkosh facility is being fazed out. You must be in the Upper MI.

I do find it rather odd that a federal worker would send a illegal package on it's way. If it happened as stated it really sucks.

The orders from attitude have came in through customs in NY or NJ, then to Wisconsin, then to the UP. The order I had years ago, that I never received, was taken in Chicago, but it was through a different seed company.

This is what I find rather odd. You have made me rethink this a hundred times now. When I picked up the box it looked beat-up and shit all rattled inside. I figured, bastards broke my mug and my shit is over a week late, but thank god my grandaddy purps is here, cuz the shit is sold out! Anyway, I opened the box (not realizing it was retaped) and the mug wasn't broke the free green house seeds grinder was in two pieces and was bouncing against the mug and the pack of critical jack seeds were broke and the liitle beads inside were rattling around like ceramic pieces inside. Anyway, all my other orders have been inside a little white box, then inside the packaging box. There wasn't a white box that all the orders come in. Last time I got a free grinder i had the tshirt, not the mug. Did they leave the box out cuz the grinder and mug both didn't fit? Know I'm all paranoid again and shit you asshole.

The fucking post office "lost" a Fender amp of mine. Of course I didn't buy the insurance; I figured they could get a big package that I paid a small fortune to ship to Alaska without "losing" it. The dumbasses cut off and sent me the return address, asking me if it was mine. I wrote them back but I never got it.

Good points on the different factions of the government ( fed, state, homeland, local, etc ) - you are all correct that they are not working 'with' one another. I am not sure where some of the individuals get their info in respect to the organization that sends the letters to the individuals stating that their package can not be sent - I have ordered Cuban cigars from Canada, Mexico, Switzerland and Australia and out of 10 to 12 packages I have had 3 seized, each time a different organization prompted me with the letter of the issue and no further punishment was taken.

Since they as well are Federally 'illegal' and would fall into the same category of 'police not allowing federally illegal items to be delivered', I call BS on the poster because on 2 of the 3 'letter incidents' I still received my cigars. Only once out of 10-12 orders have I had ONE package detained and I put money on it that since it was a larger order ( got cocky ) that they were smoked by the employees who found them haha! One letter was from customs when I ordered from Switzerland ( confiscated ), another was the sorting facility when ordered from Mexico ( still shipped ) and the last was from Australia and the letter came from my local state police and they still delivered the box, unharmed.

I am smoking a fattie with my coffee laughing at myself for arguing with some stranger about something that I know and the other guy can't know. lol. I've dealt with the police my whole live unfortunately and I have found that, for the most part, they do whateverthefuck they want.

I have a relative who is a cop ( has been for over 40 years ) and on more than one occasion he said 'The Police are not your friend'. Never said they are out to get you, but that they are 'not your friend'.

Buddy Ganja, for some reason, was concerned about people's knowledge of a forfeiture letter. Taking a loss of some seeds is one thing, and it sucks. But having officers follow you to your house from the post office and knocking on the door while you are smiling over your new additions to your strain collection, that's a whole different level of "FUCK!". And for some people that is devastating. Just when you think you are legal, you find out that you are pretty legal, kinda legal, I think i'm legal, I hope I'm legal. lol. We should all get to vote on whether or not it's legal. Oh wait, we did.

Yes, it is still against the Federal Law, trust me the FEDs are not going to waste time on you if you're not some huge grow op. && sounds fishy cause you mention 1 cop?

IF This DID HAPPEN, sounds like he was trying to take matters into his own hands and just make sure you did not have some huge illegal grow op.. Knowing damn well he has nothing better to do. Would have been Several Police/ Feds if you were seriously being looked @.

I find it mind boggling that you also say "if it happened". How and Why would this be made up? lol. I must be missing something. Anyway, when I turned down my road I did notice a newer charcoal colored charger or something like that. It's four miles down dirt and he followed me all the way. I had to give the mail lady a slip to get my box, cuz it didn't fit in the box. Don't know if she called him, don't know if he was there or close by - don't know that shit. Apparently he went and got a uniformed county cop and they both showed up and my front door. The UPSET officer did all the talking and the uniformed officer stood next to him the entire time. I wasn't raided, not even close. From the very beginning he said as long as I have a card, this will be short and sweet. I have my card, my grow was legal, and I don't have warrants or anything. This is in fact one of the few times that I'm all legit, and I wanted to warn others that are not as fortunate. Many patients do not have access to seeds and clones and buying clones sucks because you can get pests, disease that kinda shit and you have to take someone else's word for the genetics. From seed is the way many of us try to go. I don't think he was trying to take matters into his own hands, he said he had to make contact with me and verify I was legit, I honestly think he wasn't bummed that I was legal. lol
