The way I see it is like this: I grow at most 4x4 feet, so maybe 6 ounces each 3 months. I smoke it and give it to adult friends. I do not sell it, but I will take a hearty handshake if an person, who doesn't have to deal with a dealer, likes it. And I was diagnosed with an aggressive Prostate cancer this year. Yes, I smoked way before that, but I am now ready to just say, "I get radiation 5 days a week which destroys my red blood cells too. Ya don't mind if I smoke 4 puffs, eat a turkey sandwich and sleep for a couple hours without a bucket next to my head, do ya Sir? Ms.? Glock? I got no kids, I am over 50, I don't support crime and am here alone caregiving a 92 year old veteran, 18 hours a day. Shall we cuff me now for my perp walk?"

see if the Safer Michigan Coalition has a web site. They may have versions online. I will see if there is a website on the sign after the Lions finish beating these fuckers (hopefully that is this year! lol)

I am going for 2 LA Conf., 2 Lemon Skunk, 2 RKS, (yes from promo), and 2 Granddaddy purple, 2 Blue Cheese (Barney's), and 2 Sour Kush (Headband). I am hoping the Roots Organic makes me happy and at a later date I will take some primo cuttings for one of my hydro set-ups.

Bought 12 and they sending 12 free.. sweet I too live in Mi and know a few people who ha some run ins with the law and they were cool about EVERYTHING (as long as legit) but then know a few who had run ins with renegade cops. I think no matter what happens, even if marijuana is totally legal and decriminalized (i hope not) that there still will be a few bad cops out there. Our whole lives we were told marijuana is illegal. Learned in school that weed is worse than cocaine and heroin combined, so now that all the bias BS is in the rearview its hard for us to program our brains to say "its medication"

I told him he wasn't coming in, and they didn't. After I thought this through I knew I had control of the situation, but maybe for about an hour or two, tops! lol.
Some people know what I am talking about when I say, I checked the tracking on the package every few hours. lol, and I followed that fucker all the way to Wisconsin and it stopped. I knew it didn't make it to Michigan and he said said he simply HAS to make contact and verify card. He was very cool about it and I can honestly say he did not fuck with me at all. I, guess I am trying to say if this was some elaborate charade to get inside my house, it was pretty fucking good. lol.
I was extremely stressed before this all happened cuz we all here horror stories about legal people still being raided and shit happening. Well, at least I got to have an actual drug cop for this area (who knows the marijuana laws better than your average street cop) go through my area and tell me that I am indeed doing everything correct, short of ordering seeds online. I never thought about it, but I imagine he's been to a lot of grows cuz he said it is usually pretty easy to tell who is atleast making an attempt at being compliant. That's when it would have been cool to fire one up and say, what's the worst thing you ever saw? Do you know if any of my neighbors are growing too? lmao

I think it was the drugs. It was very stupid cuz I found out later Buddy would have argued with me even if I had the cops sign in on here and verify it, post a bunch of pictures of them here and everything. He caught me off guard to say the least.

TSA Employees, which are federal, give medical cannabis back to properly carded patients every day. The Federal Supreme Court refused to hear a 2006 California case where a Pt in Cali, was arrested, less than 1/4 ouch siezed, he was released, and wanted his meds back, sued, won in circut, was overturned in the Cali CoA and overturned again by the Cali Supreme Court agreeing with the Circut Court in that he does Get his meds back... Cali petitioned the Fed Supreme Court and they refused to hear the case, upholding the Cali SC verdict of siezed meds of legal patients Must be Returned!...

not trying to argue, just put out the facts..... BS is Erroneous in his Opine that Police Must Sieze Meds and can NOT return them. This is not the standard being set in other MMJ states, nor on the Federal Level in the Judicial system. States that have MMJ Laws, must deal with their own State on their own. This was further upheld in another recent Federal Supreme Court Case were Ax Gov Jan Brewer's case was refused to be heard. As you may know, this case involved the likeliness of a state employee being charged under Federal Laws for implementing Dispensary legislation as passed by the People of the Az in 2006. She (Gov Brewer) must now move forward with Implementing the State Law in dealing with Dispensaries in Az, per the will of the people.


Bottom line, We can follow the LAW, or the OPINES of what Bull SchuItte feels the law should be....

Mine was never taken, to be returned. I picked it up, he followed me home, can back 15-20 min. later with uniformed county officer and questioned me. Never asked for seeds or the quantity (which he probably knew already). Only asked if I had a medical marijuana card. Now had I not been legal, me and the seeds would probably both be at different places right now. Pretty weird.
