No smell np have large carbon filter on extractionGeneral rule is 4k btu per 1000w regardless of bulb type. Hope smell isn't an issue since using hose for exhaust makes hard to scrub of smell.
i haven't tried to scrub mine yet. it would have to be on the backside, in the attic. biggest trick would be converting oval exahust mount to round scubber mount.General rule is 4k btu per 1000w regardless of bulb type. If you do that air has to be replaced from somewhere so you will need that intake hole at least. Or go with can coil cooling to do a sealed room. Or a non portable/window unit and go big for the 2k plus a.c. units that just pull the heat outside to the base unit.I want seal up my intake and exhaust fans and run portable ac and c02
Then you are good to go it seems but keep those numbers in check.i haven't tried to scrub mine yet. it would have to be on the backside, in the attic. biggest trick would be converting oval exahust mount to round scubber mount.
with that said, smell isn't an issue for me.
