Portland area greenhouse grow

Oregon is actually turning into the largest mass of carnivorous plant growers in the US. Apparently you guys have perfect weather for outdoor growing.
I have tons of friends in the Portland area that grow and smoke.
Been considering uprooting and moving the operation to Oregon for some time now.

We get our Christmas trees from you guys.....so I guess Oregon is kool.....I used to nail some bangin ass Native American chick from there too so that gets Oregon extra points.

the fair is in town this weekend, think the wife and i will get out and eat some shitty food at the fair and tour all the animals. might even waste a few dollars on the carnie games.

whatever you do, enjoy it.....you deserve after all you have done for the kitten's.

the fair was good, but the food was nowhere near disgusting enough. and i would have won first prize for largest corn, sunflower, and longest bean if i had entered. would probably have taken first place for most irregular carrot as well.

i'm at 144'' at least. one of the ones i planted by my kitchen window has hit the roof, which is 12' tall. i have others in a patch out by the fence which i haven't measured, but seem a little taller.

i'm in disbelief that an amateur gardener like me has beat out all the master gardeners in my county. i would not shut up about it earlier.

Get some of that X-treme gardening Mycoriza powder or the granuals and you will be amazed at how big plants get. I didn't do anything to the plot of land except throw 4 bags of cow shit on the top and work it in..aside from that all the extra tea I had that I didn't feed to my ladies i dumped it out on the plot for the garden to consume..crazy how organics makes a BIG difference

all i did was till. the corn patch received some ammonium nitrate at the very beginning of the season and was kept well weeded, but that's it.

i used those miracle grow granules on my maters and they went from yellow and weak looking to monster plants in about a week. good shit.

To each their own. But I can't ignore the things I've seen.
Well, I don't want to hijack your thread with talk of ghosts.
So in addition..

I'm super jealous of your handyman skills. Wish I could just whip up a kickass greenhouse like yours. Pretty badass man..

so i just noticed some very minor mite damage on one plant today, just ripped off the leaves and ditched them.

i want to spray with neem, but i just applied BT about 5 days ago. anyone have any insight on time period before i should/could spray?

a bittersweet milestone to mark, i have been sleeping out in the GH for 2 months now, only 2 months more to go.

and if anyone has any rough guidleines about BT/neem spraying, that would be much appreciated. help a newbie out.

I read in a gardening forum somewhere to alternate the neem and BT......I am spraying the Neem one week than the BT the next, etc, They said never mix them because you don't know what the chemical reaction will be.

i purchased a bottle of some BT insecticide and read on the label not to apply within a week of applying any oil based foliar spray, it didn't say "neem" specificaly but seeing as it is an oil based product, i would wait a full 7 days before switching between products.

they are starting their stretch and the growth is starting to look like they are ready to pack on their buds now.

star trek. also kinda runtish. has some burn on some leaves (very very minor) and some mites on her now (also minor, but worrisome nonetheless).

WMD. turned into quite the monster. no problems with her. she likes to get pink pistils as the season goes on.

this is as much of the black domina as i could fit into one shot. i have high hopes for her.

as much as i could fit of "#1". this is an unknown strain that is hard to grow indoors, but which i love. it was my gamble for the year and seems to be paying off. she has lost her re-veg bushiness and is starting to stretch the hardest of all. she was the only one to flower in the early season, so i hope she is first to finish late season. i am happy with my gamble.
