Lol I got burnt by that company already.

All I see is greedy people holding back on seeds so we have to buy their shit weed to be "legal". I can see this being challenged in court sometime in the near future.

Ill personally buy a 4 pack of their shit beans when they roll out and keep the receipt. If they check it out I can pull out the receipt and claim its a legally bought strain.. Doubt they'd know the difference.

I may just be paranoid but better safe than sorry. I'm not covered under any medical laws, just rec myself.

Yup, buy the seeds and keep the reciept ... come this time next year there is gonna be a shitstorm as the coppers won't be able to distinguish between 'legally' obtained seeds and one that were found in gifted bud etc...

For the time being buying a pack of seeds and keeping the reciept just as a precaution against some sort of fuckery is a good idea

They opened a can of worms and weren't even at the fishing hole ... they will get bum rushed if fines or charges get laid for 'illegal' seeds come a year from now
