Pre flowering

Hello, I had some general questions about my plants. Being much north California I had never came across this issue. It might have been that I put them out side to early. So I was wondering if there’s a possibility to bring the back to veg?? A couple of my friends said that since now we are getting 14 hrs of sunlight it should bring them back to veg however he said it’s going to take a while. Which is fine if that’s the case, I just need some clear curt answers so I know what I need to do next.

Yeah if you put it out too early and it was getting 12/12 it will begin to flower and your friend is right that it will go back into veg once the hours are upped. It will take time but it will. I should mention if it’s an auto then hours don’t matter and it won’t go back into veg it will continue to flower.

Outdoors anything under 14.5 hours of light (when the plant is sexually mature between 4 to 6 weeks) will begin to flower.
The days are getting longer so it will reveg on it's own. This is a common error and many do it.
That is why many do not plant until later when the plants are established.

It happened to my clones last year, despite my best attempts to adjust their light schedule. My plants still came out decent.

It will take a few weeks to complete it's reveg cycle. It will stop flowering, then start to grow deformed leaves for a bit, then back to normal growth.

So i have another questions for you guys, so i looked on dark heart nursery and they said unless i read it wrong that there clones are autoflowering?? Idk what that means but it scared the crap out of me because it mention that they would only grow 18 inches which they are now and im pretty sure they said they cant go back to veg because of the autoflowering. I would like to here your guys thoughts on the matter.

Auto flower is different then the regular photoperiod plants that most grow.

Auto flower means after a set amount of days it will start budding no matter what your light schedual is. Even if you have 24 hours of light.

Photo period (the ones most grow) starts budding when there is less light.

That is as tall as your plant will get then... and will finish budding in probably 7 to 10 weeks.

Nope doesn’t work tried cloning my auto ended up growing but they still flowered 2 weeks after cut. Waist of time. And doubt your in preflower if they say auto then there autos and I’ve only had one bigger then 24 inches I’m back to photoperiod plants. Good luck keep posted as to how it does
