No reason to bend an auto ... It doesn't have enough veg time to do much .....
Autos are plug and play - meaning once you pop them you cannot stop them.
LST is the most common method to " open " up an auto ... They hate ANY unnecessary stress put upon them : overwatering , overfeeding , heavy training , etc.
They grow into a typical APICAL shape with lateral branching . No need to pinch off lower growth , defol or any other bullshit. LST will let inner growth to move outwards.
Regular photo strains work better with bending , cropping , shaping and other methods.
FFOF at bottom of pot is fine .... Once root ball moves into it fully it will carry the plant without to much added. During the AUTOS very short veg period is where you need to let the plant do its own thing. It will keep growing and stretching- so no worries. I personally would have just her her sex out and grow . Leaves that touch soil can burn , too.
I see that the tops are pointing up .... Just let them grow. It WILL get bigger.
As some others mentioned , there are great strains and breeders that get good size autos : Dutch Passion , Humboldt , , Mephisto , Dinafem , G13 and others.
Strains , Try Blue Mammoth , Northern Lights , Amnesia XL , fast and vast .
The shorty strains like low Ryder , dwarfs and the like are low yield ears , but ok smoke.
