Preflowers are showing on my green crack its day 31 from seed. She is in happy frog at the top, and ocean forest at the bottom. Around the week 3 lower leaves started to yellow but she been growing fine even though I havent quite solved the issue. I pulled her over to the side to get some bush action... I haven been giving any nutes I plan on giving emerald harvest cali pro grow a&b and additives 1/4 dose next time around... Overall I am not satisfied. How do I get them big during veg for big buds?

Who's the breeder?
Autos like a lot of oxygen in the roots. I found Straight Happy Frog to be a little dense so I started mixing about 30% cocoa and with it.
I don't have any experience with the nutrients you're using but I usually start a quarter strength veg at the beginning of week 3, and increase from there depending on how they take it. Once the flower start forming I usually start half-strength Bloom nutrients and again increase as tolerated.
As far as getting them to grow big it greatly depends on the breeder. One tricky thing about Autos is if there's any little screw-up you don't get much recovery time like a photo Plant.

They are fastbuds.. But ikr. The goal is to get through a whole veg time with no problems.... I think imma add more perlite and a little coco.

They are fast buds... Yea man I've had some issues. I'm going to tweak a few things for my next grow and hopefully I get the results I'm lookin for

I've had issues with fast buds too. Pretty much growing Mephisto exclusively these days :)
light green is usually pushing 6.5 or higher. Try for yellow, even slightly orange once in a while. I vary my waterings from 6.4 to 5.6. A good Ph pen is a worthwhile investment. I have an Oakton Ph2 and i love it. only like 49 bucks on amazon too.

I have not been disappointed with anything from Mephisto!
Just a couple examples.
3 bears OG on top
Heisenberg special on the bottom
The first plant is now 33 days old and has start showing signs of preflowers. She stretched lots in the last week. But the second plant is the weird one it just grows funny and its not very strong i can bend the stem and itll stay although its does stink up the place. not happy wit this grow at all.

No reason to bend an auto ... It doesn't have enough veg time to do much .....

Autos are plug and play - meaning once you pop them you cannot stop them.

LST is the most common method to " open " up an auto ... They hate ANY unnecessary stress put upon them : overwatering , overfeeding , heavy training , etc.
They grow into a typical APICAL shape with lateral branching . No need to pinch off lower growth , defol or any other bullshit. LST will let inner growth to move outwards.

Regular photo strains work better with bending , cropping , shaping and other methods.
FFOF at bottom of pot is fine .... Once root ball moves into it fully it will carry the plant without to much added. During the AUTOS very short veg period is where you need to let the plant do its own thing. It will keep growing and stretching- so no worries. I personally would have just her her sex out and grow . Leaves that touch soil can burn , too.

I see that the tops are pointing up .... Just let them grow. It WILL get bigger.

As some others mentioned , there are great strains and breeders that get good size autos : Dutch Passion , Humboldt , , Mephisto , Dinafem , G13 and others.

Strains , Try Blue Mammoth , Northern Lights , Amnesia XL , fast and vast .

The shorty strains like low Ryder , dwarfs and the like are low yield ears , but ok smoke.
