Problem with new clones and seedlings

Quick update on my first grow:
The 2 clones (master kush x bubba kush) have grown between 1-2 inches in the last week with 1/4 dose of nutes. The 2 seedlings have turned the corner and are growing fast! I have only been giving them pH’ed water. As this is my first grow and comments/tips are always appreciated!

Was checking in on the ladies and I noticed the roots were through the bottom of the smart pot! I just transplanted them less than 2 weeks ago, do I need to do put them in larger pots already? The first picture is of one of the seedlings, 2nd is of one of the clones

They grow through and prune them selves.

Fabric you’ll be flushing all the time get the airpots. Also stay 1/4 strength nutes or 300ppm and under. Your soil probably is more like hydro. Stay around 5.8 ph.

Thank you for the advice! Why/how often will I need to flush with the fabric pots? I was planning on just using only pH’ed water every 3 waterings

My buddy has to flush every 3 weeks or shit get fucky. I also noticed mine around week 3 of flower showing bad signs. I had to flush.
 
Started to perform some LST on the master bubba clones. Watering every 60-72 hours right now with 1/3 strength nutes and 10-20% runoff

Way to go, you've got this. I try keeping a journal so that I will remember my success and failures. Good luck and keep learning.
 
Looking over my plants, I noticed that both of the master kush x bubba kush clones started developing brown spots on the older fan leaves. They are growing in FF Happy Frog and I have been using general organics grow nutes. I have also been using distilled water. My best guess is a mineral deficiency of some sort, but I am not sure what.

I got a couple more pictures of the problem leaves along with a couple of the whole plant. I really would like to figure out what might be causing this as I am hopefully going to flip to 12/12 soon
