purchasing seeds with a credit card

I would worry less about what kind of card you used. And focus more on what site you bought the seeds from. Make sure the site is safe.

Here is the thing,

When a seedbank that is in England for example, They do keep a record however they store those on a online server in Holland so the Feds will not try and get them.

And do not worry the Feds want to get harder drugs like Herion,Coke,Meth.

They will not go get a search warrant for buying 10 seeds because that would be a waste of money.

Any suggestions for a good site to use? Used Nirvana once but got a lot of duds
