I'm also thinking about some sort of gorilla plantation too....oops did I say plantation... I mean grow. lol
though a plantation sounds like it could be more fun....
Def can't be planting much in my back yard anymore after last years break in....which really sucks because I have lost my love of outdoor gardening..
and " if you have not" set up a chair in the middle of your garden...to just sit there and contemplate things....when all you can see is buds ,growing in all directions...around you....it has to be the calmest I have ever been in my life.....newleaves 180.jpg

But I did find a location transmitter chip you can buy.... to sorta surgically install into your plant.They are the size of a grain of rice....
that way if the rippers come...
you can track the location of your plants...give it to the cops...and let them do their job.....
bottom line is once the rippers they have it ....you basically won't get it back...because once busted ... its held as evidence....at least that's what I was told by the police .....so plants stolen and recovered while still wet ....will be left to mold...in an evidence locker in plastic bags...

There is of course other plans that could be put into play...not involving the law....

I was also considering....pulling an LP move... and making the (to be stolen) plants toxic....
so the ripper will truly pay...for being a sneak theif

Pinks not lost, I was on phone with HC the other day and everything they said indicated that the MMAR injunction pinks are good until court says otherwise, not to mention they said to me they will not be inspecting any MMAR grows, but they will ACMPR. I know for sure at least 2 people that did not have to turn in their pinks to get an ACMPR license.

I would not call HC and ask flat out because then they might try to change that, but I would call Kirk and inquire with him, I think it is good to go.
If cops come to your pink site, you are legally covered under the injunction, long as your count is not over they go away, same with your ACMPR site......I think this is a loophole.

You are tripping balls, pinks are still good if you fall into the injunction dates. I know a few people that are covered by pinks.
just get your annual Dr recommendation and you are good with your pinks (if they fall into the coverage timeline)

You sound more like a "Plant Nazi" then a "Plant Lobbyist" and ummm actually cops will not come kicking down your door if you have pinks or an ACMPR. if they do they are asking for trouble, a judge will throw out any med cases. And tell me mr Lobby why should someone with priors not have a right to grow their own meds?
They only deny you if you had a license and got in trouble (which was pretty hard to do) sure some people backdoor, I do not think it is right, but I also do not think it warrants a door getting kicked in and lives potentially getting ruined, specially when we are all sick.
To be honest, you are not part of my Cannabis culture, you are like a parasite, you are no different then Harper, Trump, the DEA, and all the other alphabet boys. Why are you even here posting? comments like people deserve to get their doors kicked in for a plant???????? You are pure trash.

I heard of RCMP putting the same type of bugs in massive outdoor grows to track and find out where it is going. This was like 6 years ago. People would have these "successful" outdoor runs only to get busted with it all drying or bagged up weeks later. Turned out they had tracking devices in the bud. Crazy world we live in........

No need to do that, the karma of someone taking your plants will come back on them anyways, no need to give them toxic plants, that could be bad Karma for you, and what if some kid takes it and smokes it with his little teeny buddies then gets sick and say hey I took it from this yard........ Just not worth it bud. I feel you tho rippers are pure trash.

you don't need your annual doctor recommendation the only thing that changed on your pinks is the expiry date there is none until the court ends the injunction if it ends it

They are so short staffed that theyre 3 months behind on registering people, and theyre going to inspect ONLY ACMPR but not MMPR based on exactly? Those gardens were never inspected either. Sorry but I call bullshit on that one, not happening. Descriminating against one program but not the other for doing the same practice would never fly
