Question about Super Soil amounts

So ive got 8 fairly large holes. About 10-12' diameter and 2-2 1/2 depth. i have 50lb bags of the following.
Blood meal
Bone meal
Alfalfa
Kelp
Pot ash

My questions are when should the pot ash be applied? should i just ammend it? also same with bone meal. Pot ash is high in K and the bone is high in P. i was thinking about adding 2 pounds of each for the moment until they flower and then top soil the rest. any advice with the kelp and alfalfa? my thought was just mix everything in and let it play out.

First off I would dig them holes bigger add Super Soil to bottom half and top fill with less hot soil Oh yea and put a dead fish in the bottom...Make Super soil if you have none....will only need 2-4 lbs of each per hole if using native soil....might also need some lime

thanks man. will be doing about 3 pounds each then adding the rest throughout the year. as far as the holes they are as big as they are gonna get. theyre big enough. id go bigger if i had enough soil.
