Ok.. I have been doing some reading! Well that's an under statement! I've been on the net for so long, my wife is getting pissed at me! But hey, this shit is addictive! Anyway's I have a question or two for fellow growers/tokers. I have been reading up on Co2. And found some Co2 tablets for "plants" online! Do any of you think that these would help/make MJ speed up her vegging cycle!? I was thinking of placing a coke bottle or somthing of that nature with a lid in my grow area, fill the bottle up half way with water, drop a tablet or two in there, pop the top on the bottle, have a hole in the lid with a air line going into bottle & also other end into the grow room. Does anyone think this would work? Oh, almost forgot to let you guy's knwo! My bean order came in yesterday, from the single seed co. I ordered through them, and purchased from kc. Brains. Ive herd mixed reviews on kc brains. A lot more good then bad though! So, I have 5 new strains to found out what there like. I can't wait! I immediatly took one out of its package "cristal limit" and started germing her. So here soon, I will be starting a grow journal. "If I could figure out how to up load picture",lol! I havnt been on here in so long I've forgot! Well anyways guys, thanks for stopping in, and of you would give me your thoughts & or comments on the Co2 tablets, that would be great! And also, if any of you's has grown any stranis from kc brains, or cristal limit, please let me know your thoughts on the strains, how your grow went, etc? Well, y'all take er easy. Happy 420! Later.

waste of time and cash mate, co2 only works well with full on co2 generators. did the bottle thing myself a few times and didnt notice any change, apparently the plant needs it produced at a much higher level than any tablet or homemade gizmo can produce.

I hear that! Thanks for your input though.. any help is better then no help at all! The reason why I askd is, I seen a grow where a fellar had used the Co2 grow tablets & he had "GOOD" sucess rate with them!so idk. I may just try um for shits n giggles ya know. Hell there only 7.00$ a bottle on amazon.. I don't guess it would hurt.. well happy 420! Oh! I about 4got.. have you ever ordered any strains from kc brains? I had a order from them come in yesterday, & herd a lot of great things about um! So I was curious as to see if anyone had grew any strains from them?? Let me knwo please! Thanks fella's..

I have been using the 2 liter bottle with warm water, active yeast, and sugar mix. It does produce Co2, as I have seen it work for aquariums, now is it enough to make a difference? can't say, since I view my girl a lot.. I am probably the Co2 generator more than anything else lol. But it was cheap and easy to do. I have a tube going from the 2 liter bottle to a 16 oz bottle and a tube from that tapped (with holes) on the back of my fan cage. Since I do not have enough money to get a generator.. anything is better than nothing.

Well, I have "two" seperate grows going for the time being. The 1'st is in my house, not in a tent or closed room or anything, just out in the corner of the good ol' bathroom, lol. But I do sit those girls in the closet at night 4 there flowering period. I have had numerous A+ grows in there. The secondzm its in my outside building. Its well insulated, vented as well. This is the room I was thinking about doing the Co2 thing. I have done the thing with the yeast, bottle, and vinegar. Honestly, I didn't see any "big' results from it.. but hell, I may have done somthing wrong..:confused:

I hear that bro! I know the feeling on being tight on the dough! Cause I know beyond a shawdow of a doubt that if I had extra cash flow, I would make DAMN sure that I would have the "BEST" grow's this side of the mississippi, lol!! " ok, again" lol, has "anyone" ever orderd from kc brains? And if so, please fill me in on what strain, how the grow went, etc?? It would really help me out a lot! Thanks fella's! Later

There was a thread here a few weeks ago, about CO2, and diff. ways to do it, and somebody came up with a way to do with yeast that lasted a day or two.

I hear ya bro.. yeah, I tried the whole yeast sugar thing in a bottle. Me, myself, I just couldn't see where it really made that much of a difference. But it may have, & I just didn't notice,lol.. but like said, I had read up on this stuff, and I really think it may work.. its in the form of like a nute, so I was thinking about just going ahead and getting it. Hey, if it works, then we will know, right. And if not then, I wasted some dough for the whole what if factor! That and shits n giggles.. ;0)

Here is what I've been reading up on, and the product.. ExHale - Homegrown CO2 for your indoor plants ExHale

Product Description Photosynthesis is the process by which plant leaves make carbohydrates. Sunlight, CO2 and water are converted into carbohydrates and O2 by the action of chlorophyll in the chloroplasts of the plant. Plants growing indoors under artificial light often lack enough CO2 to efficiently photosynthesize. When plants are able to maximize the process of photosynthesis, the result is larger plants with larger yields. ExHale can be used for both vegetative plant growth as well as for fruit and flower production. ExHale cultivates CO2 24 hours a day with no need to refill bottles or use expensive CO2 production units. The power of ExHale lies in the mycelial mass inside the vented cultivator. This mycelial mass cultivates CO2 and the one-way breather patch releases CO2 continually for up to 6 months. ExHale comes complete and is cultivating CO2 even before you get out of the checkout line. No need to turn it on or turn it off, simply place ExHale in your grow space and leave it alone to do its job. The ExHale Cultivator is designed for small to medium grow spaces, or more specifically 1 ExHale Cultivator will provide 4-6 plants with the CO2 they need. A continuous shower of CO2 directly onto your plants is the most efficient way to deliver CO2. Placing the ExHale Cultivator slightly above the level of your plants will insure they receive the CO2 they need 24 hours a day for up to 6 months.

Sorry man, I just wanted to throw the thread out there, I didn't try it, as I am an outdoors guy, but to me, it might not be the most cost efficient, but the most consistent for sure, is CO2 tanks, but I used to be a paintball guy too :)

Its all good bro... I was just thinking that this new stuff I posted on my previous post would be worth a try you know? And hell, if not, I guess will know.. have you ever grew any strains from kc brains youself buddy?

I just got my order in yesterday from them! I already have there Cristal Limit germinating! Thought I would put the other strains I got from them up! Being I already am working with 13+ this one I germn, so 14 is going to keep me on my toes! I have, well with this new strain, Bubblegum, 8 Ball Kush, and Lemon Skunk/Ice, and now the Cristal Limit. I have had my 8 Ball Kush strain going now for 5+ years!! I have one mother of her, and took clones from her just the other day, I am going to make sure they take, then I believe I am going to go ahead and flower her, being she is about 2 1/2 feet tall!! I think I should get some "nice" buds from her, what you think??? Well bro, nice talking with you, & look forward to your reply.. later bud..
