before me it was used for designing t shirt printing them all other machinery ... but when i talked to the last tenant he said that the flip swith on the breaker would pop on and off. i guess they were using too much and over loading it
in that case and since got a 160 amp panel u be fine with set up
but i would still look into going 200 amp panel

if you have to change the breaker box bump it up to a 150-200 amp box, might as well prep for expansion.
prep for expansion is what i was thinking lets say the biggest i go is 20,000 watts total with a/c de-hum intake fans Lights everything! 2000 amp should be just about right?

dude what you have there are a bunch of shitty assed tennant subpanels outside....looks like the one in the hall of the basement might be the main coming right off that transformer and switchgear cabinet.....my experience is that you might have 100amp subs if you are lucky mostly with that old crap maybe a 60.....
who ever the guy was that said they ran a subpanel and fed it with a 50 amp breaker and then broke it off with two 25amp single pole breakers.....for fuckin real????do you think because you had 50 amps of service at you breaker that you only have enough power for 2= 25amp breakers????WTF.....what size wire did you use for those two 25amp breakers? I hope #10 otherwise it is underrated for that breaker size.....put two single pole 20 and you need #12........
honestly dude....either way, you in over your head with what you have there. You need a real electrician to come out and check you out and then tell you what ya got and what your options are.....you got too much shit there to tell what exactly is what.......otherwise this is what I see in the future:

Hope this helps.

if your service is not 200 amp you have to call the power company to come shut the box off.. they leave your electrican with a tag and they come inspect it when hes done
