You cure them to the preferred dryness then put them in the plastic for a couple weeks? I am guessing you burp it every once and awhile?

hey ray mine keeps getting better as well when i pull in from work i can smell it out in the driveway its turning into everything i wanted im gonna take a sample in a few days ive got a friend kicking off a 4x8 2000w. skywalker grow [same on who has the babies for me] skywalker is catching on around here

i burp them & just kind of check them out in general moisture un checked can turn your stuff into old brown ditch weed flavor in a few days

I am super stoked for you. My filter keeps her tame but if I threw a few more of them in there, it would be working pretty hard. The smell trumps all in my room. I have some Master Kushgoing and that shit stinks. The SW smells more and... Better. The Master Kush is sweeter and amazing but doesn't have what the SW has. SW just seems to have "IT". I should focus on this maybe for next season, my friends have tried really hard to snag some. One buddy had some and has been on me lmao

I am giddy over her too man. It's like a birthday present you never get sick of.

I am still learning me how to grow. But I have been smoking for years.

This stuff makes me feel great without a tired or shitty come down feeling. Has it all.

hey ray everything youre saying about the s/w is true & like you say everyone ive let try it is on me for it i kind of regreted shrinking my operation but my new set up if all goes as i think it will should be giving me the same yield & quality as the old one did but at about 1/3 of the operating cost im gonna change out my reservoir today then next week start flushing & i think theyre ready for all of that

i looked at my clones today & i think theyre seriously fucked up ive got buds & some naners on 5 of 8 every problem ive had with this stuff has been light related either too much or not enough i think after my clones rooted i left them under a single 26w. t-5 for too long i should of advanced them to the 4 bulb fixture right away & at least 20 hrs of light instead of 16 its a good thing i have back-up babies coming this has been the most challenging/rewarding strain ive ever grown all-in-one the pheno i call 3+ is unaffected by all of this & its showing the 3-fingered leaf trait & seems more stable than pheno#3 i had a pheno # 4 that had more side branching i wish i would of kept but it yielded less although the smoke seemed identical im having a hard time getting my camera to pick up what my eyes are harvest is still about 10 days off & when i start the new grow dont know if i should just keep it on this thread as its established & gets input from everyone & i really like that everyones input ,ideas,questions & info is what i feel makes this fun my leaves are starting to get that browning/crinkle that signals the buds are starting to ripen & i changed out my res. thisafternoon im hoping there is enough info in this thread to be of use to others considdering this strain i think if i had it to do over again i would try to condense my pics & posts to something easier to understand i think i might get a wee bit carried away with myself but its all in good fun i guess

the pheno i picked out seemed to finish a little sooner and had denser colas. it also was more resilient. but thing about the pheno i picked out was that it did not hermie at all.

too bad i won't have more of this pheno until round 3. all other phenos are on their way out. it was too late during round 2 since i didn't take enough clones.

shooting for dwc for round 3 though

View attachment 3149634 dwc should really produce especially with a little veg time this stuff gives off small/medium size buds that are so dense theyre trying to pull the limbs down in spite of the screen switching from soil to coco has for sure improved my yield without sacrificing quality i thought they would mature faster in the coco but it seems the opposite i think theyll go a few days longer this grow i ''think'' it could be because i modified the feed schedule & left a small amount of grow food in the late bloom feed schedule i dont mind them taking a bit longer because theyve continued to pack on weight in the time frame that the soil grow was finishing off these are still gaining weight & as long as im seeing progress im cool with that this is shaping up to become one of my better grows harvest will tell the story im having trouble uploading pics i have 3 but i cant get them to come across

The lighter side, seeing our grow turn out this well is making me consider going hydro.
I am changing my watering system and maybe will look at that at the same time.

im thinking i might just keep it here to me hydro is easier than soil & lately im liking the coco smart pot combo i have a ppm meter but dont use it anymore but find having a ph meter & checking it in reference solution from time to time to make sure its reading right really helps i rinse it off in distilled water after each use been using it for about 4 yrs now my buds are swelling & taking on an upside down pinecone shape at this point im kind of just letting them do their thing as far as cloning goes im gonna leave the light on them 24/7 & advance them into the 4 bulb set up at the first sign of roots it will be good to have some good smoke for a change & this time around im gonna not get rid of my stash i dont smoke a lot but its nice to keep enough on hand to make it to next harvest i wont make that mistake again

the end is almost here i plan on harvesting in one week [next monday] if all goes well leave are starting to brown & things are starting to look more like harvest time every day of course monday will really tell the story

change at this point seems so slow & for some reason my camera is showing the hairs as being whiter than they actually are still have my mind on a monday harvest if all goes well only a harvest will tell me how close to my goal of 6- 0z. i am everything else is spot on im gonna pick up my new babies soon & get another chapter kicked off

started flushing today & things are looking like theyre gonna finish right on schedule ill look at them with my loupe magnafier in a couple of days

hey ray i havent started another thread yet & im still figuring things out on how im gonna document it i decided against doing a mixed grow of the gdp & the skywalker i was pretty impressed when i seen my friends grow of the gdp the day he chopped it but im gonna stick with the s/w which right now is treating me pretty kind that being said i would kind of like a new thread & concentrate more on explaining my set-up ,medium, nutes,additives & such that im using also waiting on my final yield to determine how successful [or not] this grow has been for me today is day 56 i think & i could chop today but i think 4-5 more days will be better trichs mainly clear/cloudy i want them to cloud up a bit i think the 60-63 day stuff to be a bit more potent & this is my first hydro grow of the s/w on the other hand keeping the new grow in the existing thread might not be a bad idea either there just doesnt seem to be a lot people growing this maybe its not for everyone

2.4 lbs under 2-1000w lights, using 1 gallon smart pots with coco.

this is only with 20 plants.

i am now using 32 plants single cola. still no smoke report here, but apparently i've lost my sense of smell. my roommate swears it smells fabulous!

shooting for 3.0 under 2-1000w, next round.

thats a good yield mx i hope the single cola works out ill try to get 1 more pic posted before i chop as ive got relatives visiting & a wedding to attend this week-end harvest is real close at hand my s/w reeks like hell i firmly beleive this stuff can be coaxed into a decent yield
