cant really say you see anyone doing more for the act then joe does
He may be visible, but there are a lot of other people working both within the government and some under the radar. We have, for instance, advocacy on the panel that is reviewing petitions for new conditions. There was an intensely fought lobbying effort to negate the legislature's grab last year. Other issues will arise that require the same. Some would argue that Joe's antics are counter productive, and put us in a bad light where we are seen as fools. He is arguably useful in that he doesn't let anyone forget about us, for good or for ill.

and while i may not agree with joe's tactics or long windedness... or .. or.. lol...

BUT he does indeed keep his eye and mouth out for the patients and never ceases to wave the flag no matter how many times he said "he is retiring"

Is Joe even around anymore? Last I heard he was still on the 'legally compliant farmers market' bandwagon. He has his following, but I don't think he has much of an impact any more. I wish him luck in his life but there are others that are far more active and influential in the community.

Even if the message is slightly diluted or shared, unity in numbers is important. Why is this so difficult for ppl to see...? maybe some prefer strong showing patient protection groups not exist. also, maybe ppl are lazy as hell. lmao

I suspect the medical movement in MI has died, and a legalization interest is being had. Rally for legalization anyone?
