I don't understand how people can say with 100% certainty that it is impossible to influence the weather.

Do you know the complete and full extent of every governmental project or goal? Do they call and let you know that there behaving? Or do you just believe everything the news tells you.

To say with certainty its impossible, is claiming to know everything, about everything.

I'm not saying its 100% true either. But I believe its possible.

You would be the same people talking shit about the internet.
Bombs that can destroy a whole city? No way, our government would never do that.

Mocking the people that belive doesn't change their opinion. Show some facts that HAARP DOESN'T/CAN'T effect the weather.

There is plenty of evidence on the internet to the contrary.

i will grant, whether true or not, that HAARP can effect weather. it is rudimentary to see that we can change the weather.

what i want to see evidence of is being able to change weather patterns with pinpoint precision thousands of miles away.

where is your evidence for that?

I'm not mocking anyone, I'm being serious... it's the aliens, and if you don't believe then that's your choice... but it's true, plenty of evidence on the internet to support that.

Of course, since the Croliktien's are secret, you won't find anything about them... but I have opened the box on them, now it is time for you to belieeeeeeeeeve!

And, how about you show some facts that it's not the Croliktiens.... I'd love to see that!
