Red poison growing weird

This is a new strain I’m growing and I’m not sure if the skinny bright green leaves are normal. The tips are droopy too. Any help would be great. Thanks

Too much nitrogen for one thing. Overwatered probably as well.

Too much N will stunt growth.. How much and what have you fed?

I've done this before, too. FFOF can burn cannabis, advise using 1/4 (or less) the amount the directions suggest.
