Reformed Soiler going HYDRO - Seedling HELP

Sprouted.
When Do I water? (If it was in soil I would water when the top layer was dry or the plant wilted slightly)
When Should I move into the rockwool cube?
Optimum conditions for SEEDLINGS Temp/humid same as normal? 70 - 80 / 40-60...

I have searched lots of great sprouting info.. but then rapidly things jump to VEG state. How bout some basic seedling/rockwool love from the HYDRO community for an ole soiler...

i don't use rw anymore.... but, i would go ahead and transplant into cubes and get them growing. first leaves are out, so you should be able to move to open air now. just be sure not to soak the cubes for the first few days, you don't want to drown the tap root...
