Rented property is it safe??

I started leaving my lights and computer on a couple of months before I started to grow. I gradually increased my bill before I even started to grow. After I got the lights running I started turning everything off again. My bill actually went down after I added 1400 watts and an ac unit. As for the guy that says never grow on rented property I disagree. I say never grow on your own property. If you get caught they can take your property away even if you are never charged.

If lanlord complains, complain back that you have to use a space heater (if u already got one) all the time because of the drafts.


I would be more worried about smart meters, smell, Fly-by with heat guns, etc.

smart meters?? I dont know about them. in fact my electric company changed out all the old meter to digital one about a month ago. I hope they are not that smart.
