I probably up'd your rep by a good 1000 points. Where's my rep at you skanks? A hoodrat is a female. Could be unisex referring to someone who spends a lot of time in the hood. Like a mallrat. But where I bang colors a hoodrat is a bitch who ain't knowin her place, ya digg?
