If you're set on running a 3x3, I would opt for a 320-watt fixture.
Meanwell drivers run 240, 320, 480, and 600-watt models.
The 240 isn't enough to properly light a 3x3, the 320-watt will be a better choice.
I always say that too much is just right...
 
If you want some reviews on lower cost lighting the youtube channels justintime2grow, migro and Dr mj coco (to name a few) have done in depth testing on less, as well as more, expensive fixtures. Are you definitely set on LED? 3x3 is the footprint for a 315 CMH from what I've read and experienced. I have 2 in a 4x4 tent which replaced poor quality amazon leds. Night and day difference
