Wait, that can't be true. It's a federal offense to post pictures of someone? I'm making the assumption that she was well aware of the camera at the time of the photographs and consented to it. What exactly makes it illegal?

im with you on the just posting the pic not being illegal i assume the felony comes in with the threat of posting the pics which is blackmail (felony).
