I suppose a couple of banana peels floating through a hallway could be comical. its a good prank though imagine opening your front door and getting hit with 100 litres of water.. I don't think anyone would expect thatNo, don't empty it, leave the garbage in!
Since when is blackmail a felony? Can you point me towards the actual law?im with you on the just posting the pic not being illegal i assume the felony comes in with the threat of posting the pics which is blackmail (felony).
Well I some research on my own.Since when is blackmail a felony? Can you point me towards the actual law?
Red text is emphasis added by me.[h=2]United States[/h] The offense of blackmail is created by 18 U.S.C. § 873 which provides:
"Whoever, under a threat of informing, or as a consideration for not informing, against any violation of any law of the United States, demands or receives any money or other valuable thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."[SUP][32][/SUP]

Seriously tho man thats one of the funniest pranks ive heard in awhile.I suppose a couple of banana peels floating through a hallway could be comical. its a good prank though imagine opening your front door and getting hit with 100 litres of water.. I don't think anyone would expect that
The more I read this and think about it...i'm not so sure. It makes it sound like the act of blackmail itself is a crime. I can't figure out why they put the phrase "against any violation of any law of the United States" inside the actual subsection though. WTF does that specify or clarify in the statement?Well I some research on my own.

Here is the law for 18 U.S.C § 873
So there you have it. Blackmail is not really a crime in and of itself. It requires that you be violating some other law in the process. As far as I know there is nothing illegal about posting pictures of yourself with a former lover on the internet, provided they are aware of and consented to the pictures in the first place.
I think that last scenario might be extortion..which is illegal. Idfk man now you got me curiousThe more I read this and think about it...i'm not so sure. What if I threaten to tell my girlfriends husband that she has been cheating on him with me? That is perfectly legal.
What if I ask my girlfriend for money? That is perfectly legal.
What if I threaten to tell her husband about the affair unless she pays me money? ...Is that legal?
They should have put that helmet on you while you were riding the short bus,AA.
Hope you're "photogenic" or else that's going to blow up on you. No pun intended.I have pictures of her blowing me...she teaches Highschool. Ideas are running rampant in my brain right now. Ruining her livelihood like that would be quite cruel, but then again, revenge is a bitch. And i'm not going into detail ..but she deserves a little humble pie. Any not so saintly thoughts on how i could fuck with her using these pictures? Other then sending them to her parents lol.
Brilliant. cnGet over it dude. Even thinking of doing this is very childish.
You know how you get back at her? For real? You move on, and show her how happy you are without her in your life. And if you want to be a little childish I suppose you could "run" into her someplace and blow her off, and be casual about it. Like she never was part of you life before. That will eat at her. And if it doesn't, she never cared, and you already done got played.
But what you're suggesting will only get your ass kicked by the guy she's fucking right now. Who's probably packing a 10 inch dong.
Coastal "Organ" ... cn...so, where the heck is Beaverton?
http://batworld.org/pet-bats/He also implies they are all bat shit crazy. Who keeps 20 friends that are loons? Someone who is bat shit crazy themselves, or a narcissitic sociopath that can manipulate loons. Not someone to take advice from imho.
The more I look into it most states have specific laws on the books for blackmail/extortion. I can't quite wrap my head around it all. I know blackmail should be frowned upon, and in a general sense I think it may be a good thing that it is so frowned upon that we have laws against it. But at the same time I can't quite figure out the legal justification. What exactly justifies making it illegal?I think that last scenario might be extortion..which is illegal. Idfk man now you got me curious
I think this is the most logical and normal post I have seen by you beardo.Be your own man, relationships come and go, learn to be happy with yourself
Forget about this woman, she's not your worry anymore, focus on yourself
Made me laughLye in the baby powder?
Habanero pepper juice in her contact solution?
Grease up the handrail and set up a trip wire at the top of the stairs?
Replace the leave in conditioner with Nair?
Set a #1 Coil Spring Trap on top of her alarm or phone while she sleeps?
Have you never heard of Autism as well?
