I'm sorry ^^; I dip into RIU throughout the day but I haven't had time to just converse with anybody, I've even had to send Tip Top apology texts because I'm just not around. I haven't arranged to visit a friend since March. Not even having anyone over on my birthday! It's nothing personal. If you want to tell me something I will drop in and check messages but I really can't sit and chat.

That is until 14th Dec where I'll be on Christmas vacation. Might be at Tip Top's or with family for a good amount of it but I will try to make myself available to neglected friends...

Oh yeah, the 'Off-White' webcomic/role play forum I used to frequent (until I ran out of free time as aforementioned) is VBulletin based and also had a chat feature in a window to the side of the page, however it closes when you leave the index page, though most people would have two tabs running whilst browsing other topics/subforums.
