im subbed. Im also doing this in SE Asia. Mines growing slow, 2 weeks with only 2 sets of true leaves.

As long as they are green and growing....keep it simple. Now feeding with only compost tea with some fish emulsion (and other goodies), fresh aloe, and fresh coconut water.

Yeah that def looks just like the local strains they grow here. Leafy real sativa growth. Take forever to go into flower and finish.

Y'all ever try to manipulate the light schedule to 10/14?? heard it'll flower a sativa faster yet never tried it.

you Becareful I lived all over Thailand for 22 months had to renew passport stamps in most of the bordering countries ...se Asia doesn't play with cultivation. Good luck

No idea on the light manipulation, but seems you would sacrifice somewhere. No reason for me to try as I am under no time constraints.

Disclaimer: Whatever Asian country anyone thinks I am in, I am not there so please refrain from telling me about the laws. Granted there are a lot of children on here, I am not one of those. Thanks

Have to admit it is kinda annoying when someone talks about legality issues and cannabis... We are all men and can hold our own.Anyways, I will watching this. Can't wait till 2-3 months down the road!

During my morning "meditation" time with the girls. Keep in mind there is no vegging inside under lights as they run all natural and currently we are sitting pretty close to 12 hours light and darkness. The nine starters were basically in a mix of only coco, but I have now added a bit of mixed soil on top. Everything has been given coconut/aloe water mix and the locals have also been given splash of compost tea with 2 tablespoons of fish emulsion in 3 gallons of water. There are also some new seeds which just popped up which are from some border bagseed which looked and tasted phenomenal; best I have seen in the 8 years I have lived here. Will see what it does here in more controlled enviro. I am playing with couple local plants to see how they react to mainlining hence they are bound. I had 1 more local which was under my pepper plant, but these little sparrows we have like to pick the leaves from small cannabis plants so that 1 is now pretty bare.

I have a bag of compost which is a mix of old soil, rootballs chopped up, coffee grounds, banana peels, brown & green plant matter, & coconut husks (and some meat). Its been in a big burlap sack for about 2 years and I turn it over once in a while. I add to this as time goes and when I want to use some I just pull from bottom of bag. In the garden I also have 6 fairly large aloe plants so I utilize these to the fullest.


Bee hive in front of house. Tiny bees which frequent my flowers.

I was noticing some yellowing on plants and to clarify I water every 2-3 days and it is pretty warm from 10-18:00 when they have full sun; temp is 32 deg/c. I have given only some fresh aloe juice/coconut juice and very small amount of fish emulsion. And, when I do water my coco (light soil mix) is dry as a bone (and I know because I have stuck fingers more than few inches down with no mess).

Opinions please as this is first time with a really heavy coco mix as my base and I need to make sure I am not fkn up related to that. (ie overwatering).

Yellowing is lack of nitrogen...

At this stage? Bit early in life isnt it?

Not with cocoa... It doesn't contain nutrients (if I remember correctly). Think of it like hydro without the water. Cannabis should be given nitrogen once the first set of true leaf's show if there is none in the medium.

Thanks BSD, much appreciated and have added bit of B-1 and compost tea with Aloe. Will see what that does to the mix. Appreciate the help

Getting a little mainlined...Training. The mains are bonded down to the stem and now they are growing out awaiting next topping. Check out the mainlining thread in organics (Subcools old school organics section) section

Im familiar with nugbuckets mainlining. was just praying you weren't going to say you snapped them.

No they were not snapped, though local farmers employ super cropping early on to keep plants low, and I am not talking about only shoots, but main stem supercropping.

I smoked some what I call border meds and it has chilled me right out, like I got hit in the head with a sledge. Worth noting as I am a heavy meds man (vape, eat, juice, smoke)
