Roots look discolored

I just transferred two clones yesterday that are going to be my mothers. I found after running my nutrient water for a day the roots look discolored and bunched up. Also a little bit of foam at the top of the water. I had this happen last time and I still got good growth. I'm just wondering if this is gonna be an issue. Personally I think it's just fron the nutrients. I posted some pics.

Id find something cleaner to use

Root rot.. You need some bleach to sterilize your system.

Root rot overnight? I cleaned the system with hydrogen peroxide. Is it to late to fix the problem?

Root rot smells and roots will stick together.

It does not smell.. that's why I was thinking it was nutrients

Id cut that part off and get some cleaner food

I don't think those are hydroponic nutrients. I'd look into Lucas Formula for DWC and look into keeping reservoir and solution sterile.
