I am trying to work out which will be the most effective. Coconut butter sounds like the easier to make & use. Is RSO just a more concentrated product or can I get the same effect as RSO out of making & using coconut infused canna coconut oil?
It’s primarily as a sleep aid but I want to get as many of the benefits as I can out of the bud I’m using.
