Nice catch guys, I hadn't noticed those. I usually just nip them off with my teeth. I'm not too worried as far along as these are, but they could potentially cause problems for one of my slow maturing plants.

Mostly likely I'm pushing them too hard with my new light, I've been thinking this for a while but I'm a bit stuck with what I can do. At it's current distance, it's too much at 80% for the plants directly under it-which is where this bud is located. I figured I'd start seeing nanners soon since I've just let my foxtails run wild. I might play around with raising it beyond what the mounting hardware allows, or I might just lower the % a notch. When I run my Ohaze next time, I'll keep it at 60% to make sure I keep my leaves healthy for the long flowering period.

This is the Palmera THCV strain from TRSC, I gave to my neighbor/grow buddy since i didn't have room for it. I'm glad I did, it is a big plant for a 1 gal pot. It's a pretty plant and looks like the line has been well worked over the years. So excited to have some Congolese back in my life, plus with the ESB I have going, I will have some nice African herb lined up soon.
or end of life and it’s a last ditch effort to try to reproduce.

I placed an order for one of each pheno and will grow these out later next year, after my haze project. I will also try cob curing with these, something I did once before....poorly. This time I'll do it right, maybe pick up a sous vide machine. I find cob curing to be fascinating, since fermentation was one of the primary food storage methods all over the world in pre-industrial times, it makes sense to ferment your buds to prevent mold rather than try to dry them in 95% RH. Also, I like kimchi!

When I placed my Hazeman order for Chocolate Thai (which came the other day) I realized that he no longer sells Molokai Frost, which he definitely had for a while, maybe 10 years ago? Now he just has a cross called Molokai Kush, so I looked around a little and found a pack of Good Gear Molokai Frost on sale for 50% off, from a place I hadn't ordered from before called Cabinet of Curiosities-always nice to actually receive your first order from a new bank! This pack was pristine until my dog snatched it out of my hand immediately and ran off with it lol.
This is a strain I've wanted to grow for a long time, here is a thread from the guy who made these available to the public TheFlyinHaWyn https://www.icmag.com/threads/the-molokai-frost-thread-and-more.68627/. When I see heirloom preservation packs like this, it kills me that they don't list the number of parents involved. I'm sad to say I think most of these are 1:1 pairings that will quickly run into inbreeding depression if bred further into filial generations.

Almost always them late flower nanners pollen is not viable.. im not saying its not possible to get seeds from late flower nanners.. ive tried using pollen from nanners that showed up the last couple weeks of flower and put it on other plants that were only like week 4 of flower and never got a seed.. my trian wreck and train wreck crosses will throw out nanners tword the end of flower and i never sweat it..

I like to use 4 ft 4 bulb T5 HO fixtures for certain things, but my Durolux fixture just died on me. First 1 bulb went dim, which is always a bad sign because it's almost never the bulb, then sure enough the driver went out a week later. I picked up an Ipower 4 ft fixture to replace it and just set it up, and I'm really impressed with how solid it is, with good reflectors, 4 working bulbs, and a 10 ft cord for something like $62. The driver is always the weak link in T5s and I have no idea how long it will last, but if you are looking at the cheap end of t5s, I'd go with the Ipower over the Durolux.
