If by 'Fled' you mean got smuggled into Russia with the help of Russian's other puppet Assange, and by 'exposing' as giving all of the files to dictators in Russia and China so that they could use it to attack us all, then sure.
Snowden is not a hero, if he was he would have made sure to get the information to our nation's news stations and then stepped up and accepted the responsibility instead of giving other militaries the tools to do things like brainwashing our citizens into being very unsafe during a pandemic that has claimed almost a million Americans.
If you want a hero, you should read up on Reality Winner, who stepped up to warn the American people without harming us, and didn't flee like a traitor.
