Haven't updated in a few days; being a newlywed and what not ;)

plants are looking great, except for the tallest AK-47 (bottom right corner) which got a bit roasted under the lamp since I left for a few days and forgot to raise the light :

and close-up of the burn victim. Poor girl:

But I think it's recovering, and the other AK-47s are looking good like this one:

and one of the White Widows:

The Flo and Warlock seedlings are looking good, and one the Warlocks (middle, front) is getting too tall that I might have to force-flower it in the next room! I'm worried that this stress might push it to go hermie; being a feminized seed and what not. We'll see...

You can do it at a lower internode. I personally wouldn't go lower than the second internode from the top. The topped piece can be cloned if you have the space elsewhere

About 6 days since my last update, and the plants are fattening up nicely.

You can see that the White Widows (on the right) are shorter than the AK's so I lined them up and tilted the light/reflector to balance things out:

One of the WW's:

And one of the AK's:

You can definitely see that the AK nugs will end up a lot denser than the WW's...

And thanks to Tom's topping tips, I topped one of the Warlocks and all the Flo's. I think I'm gonna chop the weakest of each strain to make space for flowering...

You can see the two new Warlock tops at the back:

And one of the Flo plants; with evident Purple Thai genetics:

wow their definately getting huge colas, and that purple thai gene looks crazy. At what node did you TOP them ? did you follow the technique and topped it at the 1st or 2nd node ?

I actually topped at the 3rd node. The largest Warlock is developing two very nice colas, and has been placed in the flowering room. It's just started to show pre-flowers today.

Was bored this evening so I took a couple of pics of some of the WW and AK.

Sandmonkey,

Having just ordered DP Flo for myself, I'm very interested to see how your Flo does. Thanks for the updates and keep up the good work!

I'm actually quite disappointed with the Flo. Very weak stems, slow vegetative growth, and no side-branches. good for SOG style perhaps.

They're under 12/12 lighting now so we'll see how they do in flowering. I hear the non-purple phenotype is a better smoke...

Do stay tuned ;)

Just another update ;)

I think I forgot to mention, but the largest Warlock has been placed in the room with the WW's and AK's and has just started flowering!

I killed the weakest Warlock that was exhibiting deformed new growth, so I'm down to 3 Flo and 1 Warlock in the smaller room. I switched the light to a 2700k 250w CFL to kick off flowering (no pics for now).

Back to my budding beauties :weed:
