This has been going on for a long time now. I had issues back in 2010......and he resends them every time. Anything form the Netherlands will be more closely looked at. He neede to develope a program like Attitude to assure easy arrival, which he still hasn't done. I remember having these conversations with him way back and nothing got better......

I dont think its his shipping department. No one is going to let that keep happening to their business and not investigate. If the guy keeps replacing the seeds hes obviously not dishonest, so it has to be on our end via customs. Isnt it more likely to be a customs agent since there are so many and Im sure Sannie knows his employees pretty well?

I like the one posters hypothesis about shipping out orders at the same time daily, going through the same customs officers at the same times.

Sannies like other seedbanks I am sure are tired of people saying they didn't get their beans! Most of the people ordering beans are drug dealers/Growers. Not the most trustworthy people! I have never tried to scam a seedbank, but it does suck when something goes wrong with your order and they treat ya like you are trying to rip them off! I understand both sides of the coin and if Sannies wants you to sighn for them then so be it! He should just put tracking on the order and be done with it! I know some people will try to still scam him but at least he will see if it is coustoms or if the mail person put it in the wrong mail box, or if some shit bag is trying to scam him! Sannies beans and customer service is top knotch and if I have to sighn for it then I will any day of the week!

After re-reading my order and shipping etc. it does look like I will have to sign for it. I have no problem with it, except for the fact I work. Its not like I can sit around 5-15 working days waiting on it to come with no clue when it might come. Atleast with tracking I could see when it cleared customs and heading my way to schedule to be home to sign for it.

if no one is home to sign for it, they will simply leave a card in your box telling you that you have a package that needs signing for and you need to go to the po to pick it up.. i've had to do this in the past for an attitude order...

i think the big problem with sannies stuff is that it is coming out of holland / the netherlands, and of course anything coming out of that part of the country into the us is going to be looked at way harder than anything coming out of the uk..

sannies has the best shipping and customer service hands down, but the only order i've had snagged was a sannies order.. he simply resent it no questions asked though...

So I just discovered why my order is taking so long... I put my old zip code on the order!! :( luckily its only the last two digits that are different and it should only delay it by a little bit.. I assume.. :) lol im a dumb shit.... here's to more waiting!!:joint:

FINALLY MY SHIPPING UPDATED!!

Says it took 25 days just to get to the US

The new policy sucks so far. I paid way more for 3 times a long shipping!!

Still have no received but 25 days later we have an update!!

I have received 1 tude orders and a cannazon order in the meantime lol and the B-day tude order should be here 1-2 days so maybe a total of 3 orders

Still love sannie but his shipping method is horseshit for time!
