Its in a public park it belongs to everyone. If u dont plant it on your own property dont consider it yours. Shure someone is stealing a plant but i also believe the idiot that planted it is trying to get a free ride. stealing public space and claiming it as his property. Go ahead and take it its not a big deal. It shuld have never bin their in the first place!!!!!

The only fuckers that plant on public land over here are cartels . I dont think thats ok i know the guy that planted that crap is probably not in a cartel but it still doesn't make that kind of bullshit behavior right plant ur shit on your own land period. I also wouldn't shoot anyone over a plant i would let my pits eat the shit out of them tho .
Public parks are not free. As a homeowner, I pay property taxes. Some of those tax monies are used to maintain things like public parks. Therefore, I HAVE worked, I DID earn that park, and it DOES belong to me just as much as it belongs to any other contributing member of the community. Public parks are a SHARED space that we all pitch in to maintain, so that we may ALL enjoy them.
Picking a bud off a cannabis plant in a public park is no different than grabbing a fruit or berry, or at least it shouldn't be IMO. Just don't be a dick and take them all. Not everything has to be all or nothing, enjoy some and leave the bulk for others to enjoy. I guess that's a difficult concept for some. Too bad
Ok, go back to being gangsters now. I'm sure that'll make for a much better community.

Wait** I just looked at the picture, it looks like 1 big plant that was chopped several times, the person who did that was most likely a frisbee golf players, you can tell by the way there's tree bark and tree branches placed around the plant at the base.
