SayWords 1st grow, seven plants

ive kinda been checkin the trics with my RS scope. they seem pretty clear for the most part. the sample i took a week or two ago has been curin for a few days, and now its WONDERFUL!! the nugs are so fucking dense! ive been flippin ounces and people have been wantin my sample weed instead of the stuff im flippin. lol. so needless to say there is barely any left.

and i just realized this morning that at least one of the flowering plants has mites also! so bug bomb is comin up tomorrow or day after.

Kill them now man!! They're after your weed!! But really though, No pest strips made by Hot Shot can help but you need something better to kill them. What did you have in mind? I've seen a couple good threads here on them.

thanks man! those helped a lot! but reading those, i read ur not supposed to use the bug bomb late into flowering. so i dont know what i should do? theres not much in the flowering room, theyre mostly in the veg.

Check out Neem Oil. I used it on my outdoor grow once. Or insecticidal soap. But whatever you use make sure you rinse it off if you need to. Some things work good to kill them but will also kill the plants if left on to long. When I used the neem oil I don't remember having to wash it off after. You could always buy some lady bugs, they'll take care of them. You could try to hit only the plants that seem to have them also. To much crap in a bug bomb I would not use one at all. I had some here but they were on a coleus plant that was in the room that my closet is in. I got some houseplant safe stuff and nailed the plants they were on and a very, very light mist in my box (they were still vegging) hoping to just get the smell in there to keep them out. Then on and off use of the no pest strips. I have not seen them since. But it has been to cold outside for them to be around. All I can say is get them quick before the spread.

thanks man. ive been spraying down underside of leaves every night just about now. theyre really under control now. after the shower and all the spraying ive been doing. where do you buy neem oil? and where would you buy ladybugs? my girls tellin me i can go buy some too but dont know where.

You can get Neem oil at Lowes, Home D, garden center,hardware store. Should be easy to find. As for ladybugs, Ebay dude where else!! don't know if they have them there but here they do:

And whatever you do don't use this for sure. I'm speaking from experience on this one. Killed one of my first ever clones with it.

wow man if i didnt have to spread rep around ud get it all. seriously. stuff looks great. im gonna go to ace and get neem oil tomorrow and ask them and ask the pet store where i can buy ladybugs in person, cuz my gf insists you can buy them somewhere in town, which would be great.

Not a good idea to tell anyone that you grew it yourself. One of the best ways to get caught. As much as we like to brag that we grew it. There's an old saying from WWII (and no I was not there) Loose lips sink ships. I don't think they let you use this site in jail. I have one or two people that I will sell some to to help cover me costs and to buy new stuff for my grow. But very close friends. And they will sell it to others saying it came from out of state. Just a suggestion. Wait till you do your final harvest, get really stoned. Then think of a name. LOL

so my bulb broke today. it just stopped workin so i went down to the hydro store and got a new 600w hps bulb, AN Big Bud, and Iguana bloom all for 90 dollars! ninety bux was all i had, and the girl hooked me up! i saved 95 bucks she said, more than i spent. lol. i gotta try to send the other bulb back to htg and get a new one for free. its still under warranty.

also! the spider mites were really only on one big branch on one plant in the flower room (it seems anyways) so i decided to cut that branch down and harvest it early (out of smoke). but yesturday i read a thread that said if u put ur branch in the fridge overnight, it'll turn purple. so i put the branch in a big shoppin bag so the mites dont crawl all around my fridge, and put it in. i took a before pic. and will post an after pic tomorrow just to see.

although i just realized the branch i put in was not from one of the purple plants, so this plant may not turn purple at all in the fridge. oh well. plus i think the cold will kill mos of the mites before i dry the weeed.

hell yeah. and my clones are fuckin cloning now!!!!!! its been one and a half weeks and about six out of 16 clones already have mad roots showin! yay!!!!! finally!
