You can also start thinning out the smaller branches above the net that you know will be light squeezed by the bigger and taller ones as the little hairy buds swell and develop into fatter buds. So the leaves on top of screen that cover bud sites can be removed?

The lowest speed should be good enough. You just want to provide a nice breeze around the bottom of the plant and help the exchanged air reach the root zone.
I feel like a few things contributed to the reason why the screen is placed where it’s is. So I definitely should have introduced the screen earlier than I did also should have stripped the lower stuff earlier also height of the cloth pots also the stretch and fact that is my first time scrog ! Lol.
