Sealed/Hybrid? Best Stealth Intake Options?

Back after a few long years. Excited to get back to my passion.

I have a pristine place for my hobby again and want to maximize what’s at my disposal. Previously I’ve run a smaller space roughly 8x8 and another 12x12. Both vented grows. Had great success.

Now I’m in a 30x22 total space. There is a bathroom that is within the space in a corner of room. Bathroom is 5x3.5.

I need contain all procedures within this space. Start, finish, trim, and store. And need to accommodate each phase within its designed space.

I’m not much of a builder so was thinking incorporating a 5x10 tent for veg and the rest of the space primarily for finish with a small space alloted for processing and storage. I was leaning towards using the bathroom to for drying.

What are your thoughts? Issues? Suggestions?

Secondly, I’m thinking of going hybrid vs sealed. Thoughts?

There are windows I could set up for use for intake but what’s the best stealth method? I was going to exhaust from from bathroom vent.

How much exhaust will I need running hybrid? Can my intake be passive only? If not, how much intake?
Can I intake only once, into the veg tent and out to flower room, and exhaust flower room only?
Yes I will be using a filter for exhaust. Looking at options for intake filter, if I need one.

Room has its fair share of gaps and cracks.

Space has mini split ac installed.

Running the Aircube RWDC. Rockwool and hydroton. Tried and true for me.
My goal is two groups of 18 in staggered stages. If not, two groups of 12.
Extra suggestions welcomed to led light choices.
Thanks for your help!!

If you totally sealed you need CO2 tanks for co2 replenishment. If you have a little intake you can use gas burners.

Whats the predominant climate where your doing this? Cold/hot? Dry/wet?
If you were running HPS previously the whole climate handling becomes different. With hps ideally lower than 79F/25C. With leds this is reversed: you need at least 79F when giving high intensity light. This can get quite complicated and its a good idea to think things thru before setting up nd making sure that you have great flexibility since you may have to change your environmental controls setup as you dial in, or even over the seasons of your year.

If you want good vegging speed you should assume your vegg place to be where you need most heat.

Having your flower space divided into two flipp-flopp tents (on opposing 12/12 cycles) can be a good way of extending your amps and leveling out environment over the day.
