who is squirming?

I purchased my 3590's over 3 years ago
yes the new Vero COBs are better on paper....might be better in the garden
but there is literally no reason to change my cobs out unless there is an extreme difference

and you are running Citizen 1212's
dude and you just purchased them
Yeah, no reason to upgrade if that’s what you have, as long as they work. Like I said, expanding over time, when feasible, might be beneficial, but no reason to toss them if they work.

Citizens have good efficiency, but from what I can see from Timber’s product line, you need twice as many emitters as the Veros for the PPFD. I dunno how 1212s compare to 1818s, though. I have never used Citizens.

what are you running your Cree at
I run mine @ 2.1a
although effeciency is only 50%
the penetration is of greater value creating larger colas....as I have experimented turning them down to various amps
and they just didnt perform IMO as well as when pushed
also 2.1a IMO is probably max before effeciency drop off is to great

do you even have a clue what is in your "hydro store nutes"
that you are dumping in at 5ml per liter...is what you stated
dumping into unsustainable peat moss based medium...do you have a clue how long that takes to grow back
while I use coco.....a byproduct of food that is grown continually

get a clue
The amount of peat moss harvested from Canadian peatlands every year is nearly 60 times less than the total annual accumulation of new peat moss. Plus its cheaper for me and where I live it probably saves a lot on oil vs coco which travels many more miles to get to my part of the US.

that CSPMA paper has already been debunked in 2001 but is still floating around
there are restoration projects underway but you can never recreate the ecosystem that is destroyed
but I do agree on the locality of it to you and agree that is a perk when it comes to that evil CO2 that fossil fuel has created

I was just reading about a bacteria that transforms organic material into diesel
instantly...and others that turn CO2 and H2 into oil.disproving that it takes millions of years to be created
soon we will be throwin dead bodies into a vats of microbes to be turned into oil instead of being burried or cremated

Yeah it definitely does have an ecological impact when harvested unlike coco. I'm not really biased towards one or the other, I'll probably be trying out coco in a couple months. Playing around with small pots and drippers so I don't have to use a bunch.
