Seed Pockets Grew Underneath My Flowers

I got those same looking ball thingys on my plant. Mine are due to stress. I had a major light leak problem I didn't catch for almost a week. But anyways your pics look just like mine do. There not pollen sacs. They got pistils coming out of them just like mine do. It should still be all female. I just cut that second one off to see what was in it. No seed.

Finally someone out there who understand what I’m going through, yes bro we’re in the same boat, what I’m think is that my plants got really stressed out because I was still keeping a light on them at night when it was already past the time to flip them yes I’m late on the crop but I’ve always pulled it off but this time I think I left the lights on them for too long I was forcing them to stay in veg while they wanted to flower a couple of growers on my street that I kno came over an told me the same thing it was from the light I’ll post pics Rn

You realize a “seed pocket” is exactly what a female calyx (bud) is, right? It’s likely just swelling and you’re overreacting, unless pistils have retracted completely into the calyces. Also, light leaks are not a big deal. The Moon reflects the light of the Sun at night. If it were that easy to cause hermaphroditism and stress, these plants would never be domesticated.

I’m not trying to be mean or anything, just trying to reassure you. If you see no balls and it doesn’t look pregnant, you’re probably fine, and she’s just swelling.

So going from full sun to t5s and back to full sun during the day. Your plant was all confussed. Your t5s were just acting as a light on in the background (compared to the sun). so yea just like mine a major light leak. Stressed out plant. I'm letting mine grow as normal. Everyday I'm looking for the banana's so i can pull them off or decide to harvest. When i first saw those little balls under my bud sites it had me worried also. But now im 95% sure she all female. Those are also the buds at the internodes. They usually swell first. If you don’t have any hermaphrodite genitalia and those contain seeds, it is likely due to a neighbor growing a male.

They do look pregnant, though. Look for balls. If you see none, don’t worry, I think your plant is fine. It’s ok for it to have a few seeds. Besides, it would be a pretty cool strain story if it turns out.

In any case, it’s not stress that causes seeds to form, unless a plant herms. Your bud is still fine.

If it was a male around here witch I doubt, oh well then you know I can’t do much anymore but I’m pretty sure nobody grows males around here most of the ppl in my area go off clones & I don’t think this cut has hermaphroditism in them what I think happened was stress but that’s my thought that’s why I came here see if anyone might say the same so far my local growers who came over said the same thing as me because of the lights & yea if there pollinated from another plant then oh well I can’t wait to plant them. An wat do u mean look for balls? Like balls from a male plant? So far I’ve bin searching I haven’t see any bananas or balls like u say

Yes, look for flowers that look like a bunch of male stigmas (balls/bananas) and female calyces.

There is no other way you got seeds. Pollen has to be involved to make seeds. That means it either herm’d or there’s a male upwind from you. Stress cannot cause seeds without pollen.
