When germed i could see roots on top i still can but stem not long enough for adding medium
We know there is a rez. The roots might have not hit it yet. They are not down far enough. Its struggling to get water. Its a possibility.Well its a hempy there is a rez inside the cup and the wilting is getting worse maybe should i put the lights a bit higher 4 23w 6000k cfl
The stems seem a brighter, more red color when they damp off. Damping is not so much over water as much the bacteria that cause it. They love the same environment as a seeds.it just looks like a few i've damped off before, that color of the stem. i know you're in hempy, but that's what i see-when a seedling leans like that and keeps leaning, it's usually a goner. root riots work well.
yeah, damping off might not be the right term, but it's been over-watered. when the stem turns that color with the leaning, it usually doesn't recover. the root system doesn't ever seem to have grown much beyond the tap root when i have checked when i've had this happen a few times. I'm conflicted. One part of me says over water. You can see a yellowing in the leaves.
The other, I'm thinking the roots might not be far enough down.
That and feeding it.
Op, if it does damp off and die, gently pull the roots out and see how long they are.
