Make sure the rockwool is moist but not wet.
Start feeding from the top.......make sure the hydroton stays wet around the rockwool for the roots to grow. It won't hurt to do it several times a day. Continue feeding from the top until the roots reach the reservoir.
Very light nutes at this point.

Clarification: When I said start feeding from the top daily........I didn't mean to keep the rockwool completely saturated.......I meant pour the nutrient solution around the rockwool and keep the hydroton saturated. That's after the roots have poked through the bottom of the rockwool.
I would bury almost the entire rockwool in the hydroton.

I have mixed rockwool and deep water culture for many years. It's not my grow method right now, but might I suggest taking those cubes and letting them grow into those cubes a little bit more and then taking those cubes and putting them on 4x4 cube and then setting that 4x4 cube in the bottom of your net pot and refilling with hydroton. This way you can go immediately to raising the water level to almost reach the roots and water the cube just once or twice from the top and the roots will find the water and you don't have this watering constantly issue

Okay so basically i did this so the cube can be touching bottom of net spot got water just a lil under the net pot so little splashes can hit the bottom of the seedling someone told me do this so i need tips i know it should b covered with hydroton but i jus wanted it to grow a little more or should i not do that? Should i start nutes?
They all have a small root coming out bottom of the rockwool before i put them in dwc

Another tip from exp. 6 inch pots require way less rock and the plants are way less likely to tip over. You'll find yourself tying up the plant cuz the plants tipping at the base sometimes in a big net pot
