Keep them on. Once the shell pops, the green end of the plant will need to know which way to go.

Cool. From the picture, it looks like you only have the VEG switch on currently? If you want (and I highly recommend it), run both the VEG and BLOOM switches simultaneously once the leaves open up. Still keep them 36" above until you see the leaves growing then gradually lower the lights till you are 22" - 24" above.
Using the VEG and BLOOM together keeps your node spacing a bit tighter.

there still in the soil like there only seeds so I have put them under led lights
