the problem is growers find it easier to deal with Slater for a lump sum at once than deal with overentitled patients.. There needs to be symbiosis, and if your just in it for the greenbacks you're better off dealing in the black market where feelings are left at home and you can make your money.. Don't sign up to be caregivers if you're not in a position to be able to give care

Im sorry to hear you have a tough time paying your bills from your grow but Who else would you expect to pay the fee? The patient pays for their own patient fee, utilities, and expenses. Some patients are too sick or hurt to grow on their own. Some patients do try to grow their own but growing is a skill that not everyone has the time or mental capacity to comprehend not to mention execute a proper sustainable grow. That is why they designate people as their caregivers. No trust me I could not be more pleased. I am absolutely thrilled that I was lucky enough to find such a beast. But that was all I had, my dignity, they don't want to reason, it's one sided like give me that shit or I am gonna take it. I have an imagination and work hard, what I found I will find again but better. My landlord wants to kick me out because I grow I know what I am doing and he wants to profit. I have patients that show me love.. one just left and made chicken mashed potatoes stuffing corn with gravy she is an angel. I help a patient who the other day had a three foot tube pulled out of his neck. I want to help that's why I am here I love this. Fuck my landlord greedy asshole. He had the whole property appraised because he is broke and wanted a loan but the bank would not give it to him because I grow. Isn't it ironic but I have a lease good for another 3 years FUCK HiM all this stress he caused me because his crooked ass this is Rhode Island !
Personally, I think that you landlord is feeding you bowl of BS. Who knows why he got denied but it was not for your growing, imo. Funny thing is banks love appraising homes because with a mortgage the insurance you have to have coverage to equal the value of your home. Having said that, if they appraise the house for higher value, then they can charge him more for insurance. Now appraisers do not have to enter the dwelling unless a permit was pulled for construction. Then they can enter and appraise what was built. Now I am no lawyer, but, if you want to create havoc, if he does this again, put a sign on the door, no entry HIPA, see what happens. After all, you have medicine out in the area, you would not open up your medicine cabinet to strangers and let them know your what your aliments are ...
Those greedy caregivers are not hard to find.just look on Craigslist.they are there selling there "overages" of seeds,clones,ounces and coconut oil...lol
