yes. and after it was dryed and cured they stayed a neutral color. they just kind of dissapear into the thick fuzz of trichomes. only the ones left over for the re-veg finally changed color to a light pink, but at that point the flowers had changed to a brown color, instead of bright lime green.

did a little cloning example here of something i like to do.. incase anyone hasn't seen this done.

I have 3 SS clones that are 3 weeks into bloom right now. they are already covered in trichs. and i just put mommy into flower, i'll take some pics of her soon.

I really want to hold on to the strain.... I have cuttings in there now.... crossing my fingers they root.....

i will never let this one go.. she is too special. im planting one of the seeds that is a cross of her tonight... i kind of hope i get at least one male out of those 5 seeds. back-crossing this one would be a wise choice.

I gave him 1 "Ed Rosenthal's SuperBud" male clone, and 2 sour diesel clones. I'm really excited to start planting some of those seeds. they should turn out to be a sativa-dominant dream.

My sensi star has been sticky since veg, I think I will reveg her in the end if the smoke is anything as good as I think it might be. She had trichomes on some of the leaves in veg as well, what a plant. I see why she won some awards.
