Oh I didn't read your runoff at 6.4, my bad, I agree with budzilla, I don't know anything about your soil but he seems too and if you're putting 6.2 in and getting 6.4 out its very possibly something with the soil, I did notice a lot of what look like mulch or bark on the top, particularly in the second picture when I went back and looked again

Oh I wasn't trying to spell check lol my spelling is horrible even with spell check.
Ya I calibrated it from the 3 packs it came with but the number always seems to bounce around, I need a better meter for sure or I also have those pool pH test strips but they just give a range so I've no idea which to go by. I have calibrated it for about a month I dont have any more of those packs to do it.

Suppose to be 6500 on the lights and no cash for that right now maybe in a month. This being my firat grow I wanted to see how things went but i saved three beans to pop later on.

This isn't rocket science! This has nothing to do with spectrum of light lol...FEED! Plants need food, your plant is starving, namely for nitrogen! Feeding half strength once every 10-14 days is clearly not enough and hasn't been for a while.

If you are hardpressed to leave in pot ...
At a MINIMUM... get a bag of good soil and top dress containers.... then water in . I feel this would be a much better soil drench then trying to figure out the feed right now. It will pull what it needs from a complete soil.

Sometimes the simplest of things are what it is needed.

Never said it was lockout. I said possible. There are many different causes of lockout, and can display different symptoms in different cases.
I was just naming possibilities that maybe he hasn't considered yet so he could look into them and rule them out.

What? There are 2 causes of lockout lol..ph or excess of another element(s)...(his ph is on according to him, and he is hardly feeding!). Different symptoms in different cases? What are you rambling on about? A deficiency of a nutrient will always display the same symptoms, even if causes are different. Dude, you don't know how to transplant yet...why take a stab at suggesting things to a newbie who has a plant near death? he has no time to 'try and consider other options' lol..he needs to do the correct thing asap to save the plant..which is feeding it properly!

I don't do soil but that is EXACTLY what my plants look like when I have root problems. So two things could be true.

You could have root issues which are in turn causing lockout issues?
 
It's always fun trying to solve mysterious plant problems using an unconventional nute regimen. I have never heard of any of the nutes your using so I can't do much guessing. If you would have used Flora Bloom or Dynagro or some other common stuff in soilless medium you wouldn't have anything to post about and we wouldn't have the fun exercise. Play on dudes.
 
Here's the problem:
It's your first grow and you are using a complicated and unconventional feeding regimen, that no one in here is familiar enough with to give you a confident answer.
I'd say what others have said, which is that your plants probably need nitrogen. For your next grow, pick a method that's been used before (there are plenty of established processes in RIU).
Two things will happen:
1. It will probably work.
2. If it doesn't, and you post in here, people wont have to guess the answer, and you are likely to get a consensus, which will be meaningful.
Guessing often creates one of the famous "RIU squabbles", about whose guess was the best one.
